Rund is proud to announce another high profile appointment, demonstrating recognition for our consistent delivery of high-quality refurbishment works. The University of the Arts London has appointed our Clerk of Works services for essential upgrades taking place on the London College of Fashion building.
Based in the heart of London, close to Oxford Circus, the project will see the installation of over 1,000 new windows across seven floors.
The London College of Fashion has a rich heritage, having delivered fashion education and nurtured creative talent for over a century. The project presents a strong necessity for thorough quality management, ensuring the building’s assets are enhanced to a high standard and its rich heritage is sustained.
Having successfully demonstrated our extensive experience in providing high-quality assurance throughout multiple projects, the University of the Arts London selected Rund as its chosen surveying and construction consultant on the project.
Ken Crouch, Clerk of Works at Rund Partnership said: “The London College of Fashion is a well-established building in the heart of London, accommodating teaching spaces for thousands of students, so we’re delighted to be involved in this project. It’s imperative that the college continues operating as a safe, high-quality establishment and these upgrade works are key to ensuring this.”
