VIVID has commissioned Rund as Project Manager, Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyor on a significant residential project in Hampshire.

The county’s largest provider of affordable homes is planning to develop more than 750 homes at Tipner, located on approach to Portsmouth. The scheme will see extensive remediation works take place to transform a former wasteland site into high-quality homes to benefit the local community.

Through our multi-disciplinary service, we will provide effective project management from conception to completion. Our role involves managing significant remediation works at the site, working closely with the Marine Management Organisation and Natural England to ensure all works are sensitive to existing local wildlife habitats and ecology.

Our experienced Quantity Surveyors will provide highly accurate and considered cost advice, assessing and identifying both cost-effective and high-quality build options, while our Employer’s Agent role will see us manage the building project, monitoring costs, programme, and quality on site.
