Applications now open for Rund's 2026 Graduate Programme

Applications for our 2026 graduate pathway are now open, so if you’re passionate about building a career in construction, we’d love to hear from you.

Rund’s graduate pathway offers a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your surveying career as you gain hands-on experience in the industry with structured development and direct mentorship every step of the way.

On our programme, we empower you to shape your career, giving you the opportunity to choose your own path based on your skills and interests – whether that’s Building Surveying, Project Management, or Quantity Surveying. Our graduates receive support through RICS-accredited master’s degrees and the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), enabling you to become a chartered surveyor with the potential to shape decisions in the construction industry.

Our graduate pathway is renowned for the dedicated support our graduates receive throughout their journey, with regular one-to-ones and mentoring. We also offer a structured path through to leadership positions, with several current members of our senior team having joined us as graduates.

Two of our people progressing through our graduate programme had this to say:

  • Jack Vitrotti, Assistant Surveyor (joined Rund’s graduate pathway in 2024): “From my early days on Rund’s graduate programme, I started working directly with clients on our project teams. While you gain rapid exposure to different sectors and disciplines, you receive guidance from your line managers, the graduate programme lead, and others in the company – as everyone wants to see you learn and grow. The steady provision of support from the team means the challenges that may come your way always feel surmountable. I’d highly recommend joining the scheme to anyone who is passionate about building a career in the built environment.”
  • Hannah Griffiths, Graduate Surveyor (joined Rund’s graduate pathway in 2025): “I joined Rund’s graduate scheme a few years after graduating, having worked in a different sector. Initially, I felt daunted coming into a corporate environment, but the Rund team have been so welcoming, and I’ve really surprised myself with how quickly I’ve adapted to the role. I’ve built great working relationships with both colleagues and clients, and I’m looking forward to continuing to learn more about project delivery for major clients. I really encourage people interested in a construction career to apply!”

Want to gain experience of a career in construction and surveying consultancy? In addition to our structured graduate pathway, we also offer:

  • One-year placements for students between their second and third years at university.
  • Work experience for people looking to learn more about roles in construction and surveying consultancy.

Please visit our Graduate Careers page for more details and apply today to become part of Rund’s next generation of industry-leading consultants.

Applications will close on 5th December.
