Based in Kent, Golding Homes is a ‘profit for purpose’ housing association which owns and manages over 7,400 homes and provides a home for more than 20,000 people. Our appointment under this DPS complements our growing residential client portfolio, working with registered housing providers and delivering homes for social, affordable and market rent, shared ownership and private sale.
