This month, as part of our video series, we speak to our Assistant Surveyor, Lizzie Sim about her experience of working at Rund.

Lizzie works across the London and Southampton offices. She has been developing her Building Surveying expertise through her work on Shillington Old School, among other projects.

Lizzie discusses how her team have helped build her confidence at Rund through letting her take more responsibility, while always being there to guide and support her.

Lizzie Sim, Assistant Surveyor at Rund: “Having started here quite young, I hadn’t had any experience in the industry and didn’t know many people. Everyone at Rund was very welcoming. It really made me feel comfortable and eased me into my role.”
