Rund is pleased to announce that Paul Belfield, Executive Director, has successfully completed the Financial Times (FT) Non-Executive Director Diploma - a Pearson SRF BTEC Level 7 Advanced Professional Diploma.
Paul has pursued and gained this Diploma to complement his existing role at Rund. This new qualification will allow Paul to broaden his professional perspective by developing new insight on innovative approaches and best practices from diverse industries, which will be integrated into his existing leadership role at Rund.
This significant professional achievement underscores Paul's commitment to corporate governance and leadership excellence. The FT Non-Executive Director Diploma is a rigorous, internationally recognised qualification that provides comprehensive training in Non-Executive Directors' strategic and operational responsibilities. Over eight months, the course comprised workshops, written assessments and a final assessment. The in-depth Diploma equips directors with advanced skills in:

• Financial oversight
• Board dynamics and leadership
