We are delighted to announce the appointments of Tom Leggatt, Surveyor (London), and Gemma Evans, Administrator (Southampton), who join our offices today.

Tom is a fully qualified architect who has delivered excellent work in the field since 2021. He completed his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Architecture at UCL, where he was awarded First Class Honours and Distinction, respectively. Following this, Tom undertook a postgraduate diploma in Professional Practice and Management in Architecture at the University of Westminster. While working towards his now-completed ARB/RIBA Part III, Tom became a Part II Architectural Assistant at an award-winning studio, where he delivered prestigious projects across London and the South.

Tom joins us from a leading architectural practice, where he worked as a Project Architect. In this role, he designed and delivered projects including Crown Estate, London. Valued at £10 million, the scheme involved a 23,000 sqft deep retrofit project to create a new workspace on Regent Street. Tom’s extensive experience in leading complex architectural projects highlights his ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and deliver high-quality results within the built environment. He is now eager to bring this wealth of knowledge and skills to his new role in project management at Rund, where he aims to contribute to the successful delivery of innovative and impactful projects for our clients.

Meanwhile, our Southampton office gains Gemma, an experienced and hard-working administrator with 20 years’ experience supporting professional services. Gemma has worked across a variety of industries throughout her career, including with legal and commercial firms and most recently, 14 years with a building maintenance company. Gemma has excellent organisational skills and a strong work ethic, making her the perfect addition to our dedicated Administration team. Her keen eye for detail will ensure our documents are presented at a high standard, while she leverages her confident and precise manner to attend to queries and requests.
