Congratulations to Aqib Zahir and Jo Rothery, Senior Surveyors at Rund, who have both within the past week received confirmation from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors that they have passed their APC and are now qualified as Chartered Members (MRICS).

Achieving chartered status as a surveyor is a mark of excellence, reflecting both professional competence and high standards of practice. The APC process, which can span up to six years, evaluates a range of skills, including technical knowledge, professional judgment, interpersonal abilities, and business management, culminating in a final assessment.

Of his achievement, Aqib commented “The APC process has been both challenging and transformative, allowing me to refine my skills and expand my professional capabilities.
