We are delighted to confirm that Executive Director at Rund, Paul Belfield, has been appointed as a Special Advisor to the Association for Rental Living (ARL).
The ARL, previously known as the UK Apartment Association (UKAA), represents all institutionally backed, professionally managed purpose-built rental living sectors including urban and suburban single-family and multi-family rental, co-living and later living.
The ARL appoints Special Advisors to provide strategic, expert insights to guide the ARL’s growth and impact within the BTR sector. Special Advisors offer counsel to ARL leadership, contribute to sector knowledge, and support the organisation’s objectives by providing valuable industry perspectives, contacts, and knowledge to drive success.
Paul’s specific role will focus on the provision of expert advice on Construction, Contractors & Housebuilders. He will attend advisory meetings to review the ARL’s strategy and progress, contributing actionable recommendations. Other key responsibilities will include providing regular feedback to ARL leadership to ensure their initiatives remain relevant and beneficial to the sector, offering thought leadership contributions to publications and industry reports, and supporting the ARL’s conference and regularly scheduled events.
As a leading consultant to the BTR sector, Rund – and in turn, Paul – are very well placed to support the ARL as they continue to champion growth, innovation, and quality across new rental developments.
