We are exceptionally excited to announce that applications are now open for our 2024 Graduate Scheme.
Over the past decade, we’ve helped many graduates discover their long-term careers and are proud to have grown a strong team from a variety of different backgrounds. The launch of our refreshed scheme is the result of months of planning and hard work by our dedicated Careers team, to ensure a comprehensive framework is in place to deliver success through top-tier training, exposure to a wealth of construction environments, and access to far-reaching expertise from our management team.
We recognise that exposure to both the construction industry and a consultancy environment is beneficial across all levels of education. To this end, we are accepting applications for each of the following, all to commence during 2024:
- Graduate scheme (two-year pathway leading into a full-time position)
- Sandwich year (1-year placement)
- Work experience (2–4-week placement)
Our graduate scheme in particular offers a defined pathway for success in the built environment as a Graduate Surveyor, complete with support for RICS accredited master’s degrees and the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). We are offering applicants the opportunity to join a Top 150 Consultant with national presence, who will be able to grow their experience in multiple sectors and disciplines.
