Rund today announces the opening of a new office in Bristol, as featured in Property Week, in response to increasing client demand for our multidisciplinary services.
With three previously established offices in London, Southampton, and Birmingham, our expansion into Bristol has been driven by a growing need for our services within the southwest of England.
The ongoing demand for our services is a strong testament to our commitment to advancing quality within the built environment, and supporting clients in the successful completion of projects.
With existing reach across the UK, Rund is no stranger to Bristol, previously being appointed on projects within the area, including working with Clarion Housing Group to deliver its long-term strategy for the southwest at City Gateway and providing multi-disciplinary services at the 100% affordable housing scheme, The Old Brewery, as appointed by Abri.
Richard Mussell, Managing Director at Rund Partnership commented: “The decision to open an office in Bristol made complete sense in supporting the accelerated growth that Rund is experiencing and our development plans for business eminence. This move will further strengthen our capabilities to deliver services to our existing client base and new clients within the area and beyond. It will also take us closer to achieving our goal of becoming the consultant of choice. We are seeing exponential demand in this region for construction consultancy, and we are ready to support clients in any way they need.
“Bristol is also rich with diverse talent, so whilst this office will accommodate Rund’s rapid growth, it will also provide us with an opportunity to leverage the area’s diverse talent pool. It is an incredibly exciting time for the business and we look forward to replicating our tailored client approach in this new region, for which Rund is so well known for.”
Located in Bristol city centre, Rund’s new office will be based at Programme building, Castle Park, which offers both a functional workspace and nearby amenities, prioritising a positive work/life balance for staff.
