Following a busy first half of 2019 bidding for new work, we are proud to confirm we have been successfully appointed on frameworks and dynamic purchasing systems with Aster, Clarion, Hyde and One Housing Group.

From our range of multi-disciplinary surveying and construction consultancy services, these appointments cover building consultancy, employer’s agent, clerk of works, cost management and principal designer services. Individually these include:

Aster Group – Framework Agreement

Clarion Housing Group – Dynamic Purchasing System
Appointed on a range of unit bands (including less than 100 units, 101-200 units and 200+ units) across London and the South of England for clerk of works, employer’s agent, principal designer and quantity surveying services.

Hyde – Framework Agreement
Employer’s agent, cost consultancy and principal designer

One Housing Group – Framework Agreement
Employer’s agent

In addition to these strategic agreements, we have also been appointed on numerous individual projects – such as our recent appointment as clerk of works on the First Development Sites as part of the regeneration of the Aylesbury Estate.
