We are delighted to announce that Rund has been appointed to Platform Housing Group’s Professional Services Framework, securing a position on the Employer’s Agent Lot. This appointment enables us to provide services across the East Midlands region of their operations.

Established in 1967, Platform Housing Group is now home to more than 120,000 people across the Midlands, with operations stretching from Herefordshire to the Lincolnshire coast and from the Derbyshire Dales to the Cotswolds. 

Working in partnership with over 100 local authorities, Platform Housing Group delivers a broad range of housing, including homes for rent, sale and shared ownership, alongside supported housing and later-living developments. The organisation has invested more than £650 million in homes over the past year.

Platform Housing Group is also a Homes England Strategic Partner, entrusted with more than £250 million of government funding, supporting the delivery of new homes and helping address the UK’s continuing housing shortage.

The Professional Services Framework will operate as an Open Framework for eight years. Rund has been appointed to Lot 1: Employer’s Agent, acting as Platform Housing Group’s professional representative to support the delivery of East Midlands projects across the framework.

This appointment reflects our continued investment in our Midlands presence, led by Paul Belfield, Executive Director (MRICS), and Aqib Zahir, Associate (MRICS MCIOB MAPM). Under their leadership, the team continues to go from strength to strength, and we look forward to working with Platform Housing Group to add real value across their development programme.
