Rund has welcomed a new Senior Surveyor – Taran Singh – to its Southampton office. 

Taran is an experienced Quantity Surveyor with over seven years’ experience in the construction industry. His qualifications include an MSc in Quantity Surveying, a BSc in Construction Management, and a BTEC in Construction and the Built Environment. Taran’s career experience encompasses roles with both consultancies and contractors, meaning he is ideally placed to provide insight into the quality and timely completion of developments across a range of sectors, including residential, commercial, industrial, and education.

Taran has strong ambitions to pursue the MRICS accreditation with Rund, using our comprehensive and proven APC Pathway for surveyors. He brings a significant array of skills to the table, including capabilities in using measuring software, preparation of preliminaries, tender document analysis, and contract negotiation – amongst others. 

Taran’s strong communication skills and collaborative approach to working with project teams, contractors and clients are set to benefit us across a range of our Southern developments, including Victory Quay, Portsmouth and Welborne Garden Village, Welborne.
