Rund celebrates four staff promotions

Rund is delighted to announce that several members of our talented team have recently received promotions, reflective of the hard work and professional development they have applied to their careers over the past year.

  • Trude Trickey has been promoted to Surveyor from her role as Assistant Surveyor. Trude is a member of our Bristol team and has consistently applied herself since joining us by taking the lead on projects such as The Old Brewery, Bristol and Manor Gardens, Gloucester along with continuing with her APC with The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
  • Matilde Menegotto has been promoted to Surveyor from her role as Assistant Surveyor. Matilde joined our London team following work in marketing and events roles, and a career change in 2020 that led her to achieve a MSc in Quantity Surveyor last year. Since joining, she has progressed in leaps and bounds through her work on schemes such as Old Kent Road, London and Tye Green, Braintree.
  • Michael Bannister has been promoted to Clerk of Works from his role as Assistant Clerk of Works. Michael is a member of our Southampton team and provides us with insight gained through 20 years of experience in the construction industry, largely as a Site Manager across residential developments. His support has proven invaluable across schemes such as Fontwell, West Sussex and Crab Hill, Wantage.
  • Sheri Ajibike has been promoted to Finishing & Quality Surveyor from her role as Assistant Finishing & Quality Surveyor. Sheri forms part of our London team and joined us following her previous role as Document Controller for Hill Group UK. During her time with us, Sheri has significantly grown her knowledge and understanding of the construction industry, while developing her skills through her day-to-day work at schemes such as Aylesbury First Development Site, Southwark and Leaside Lock, Bromley-by-Bow.

As a company with talent ranging from junior to senior level, we take great pride in our training and development schemes, striving to get everyone that joins us fully qualified in their field. Our mission to be the ‘Employer of Choice’ means we place a strong emphasis on growing our own talent and understanding that every individual brings something valuable to our wider team that deserves to be recognised.

Well done to Trude, Matilde, Michael and Sheri on your well-earned success – we are proud to be continuing to support you through the next stage of your career.
