Rund has welcomed another highly skilled individual to its team as it continues to win new Clerk of Works commissions nationwide.
Andrew Doran joins our Birmingham team today as Clerk of Works. He has worked in the construction industry for 23 years, having first entered as a Site Operative for a housebuilding firm and working his way up through the company to the position of Assistant Site Manager. He then briefly worked as a Sales Consultant for a leading energy provider, where he advised customers on measures to help reduce their energy consumption, before moving into a self-employed Energy Surveyor role, where he supported Bradford Council’s community warmth scheme which enabled over 65,000 homes to become more fuel efficient. Most recently, Andrew has worked as a Building Inspector and an Independent Quality Controller, with each role focused on the undertaking of inspections to improve the quality of new homes and ensure they meet client standards, building regulations, and the associated industry legislation.
Andrew’s role as Clerk of Works at Rund will focus on delivering quality in construction on our projects in the Midlands and north of the country as our coverage of projects expands.
It is great to add another talented member to our Clerk of Works team as we grow our project portfolio and engage more clients with our high-quality service.
