In line with Rund’s commitment to supporting graduates and trainees through the early stages of a career in surveying and construction consultancy, we have created a dedicated page on our website to showcase our graduate programme, which can be found here: https://www.rund.co.uk/people/graduate-careers
The new page has been created with the intention to walk graduates through what they can expect from joining Rund as a graduate, from the application process through to what it means to be a surveyor, the training and development support available, and the benefits we have on offer for each and every member of staff. The launch of the page is further supported by our upcoming participation at Warwick Business School’s Graduate Bootcamp and Assessment Centre at the Shard, along with exhibition space at the University of Reading’s upcoming general and built environment careers fairs.
In 2023 alone, we have appointed eight graduate/assistant-level roles, with spaces held for additional talent throughout the remaining months of the year. Our definitive pathway has paved the way to success for many members of our team already, defined by cornerstones such as regular 1:1s and appraisals to ensure they exceed in their individual career goals, immediate opportunities to work across multiple sectors with a vast range of interesting clients, and accessibility to a range of both internal and external CPDs and training to enhance technical knowledge. Of course, we wholly appreciate that it is our people that truly the company great - and our graduate programme wouldn’t be possible without the support of our staff who actively lead, support, and inspire the next generation of surveyors to a clear level of success.
The launch of our new Graduate Careers page is a testament to Rund’s continued growth over the past few years as we continue in our mission to be both the Consultant and Employer of Choice.
