Rund is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Wetherill as Clerk of Works in our Bristol office, strengthening our service delivery across the South and South West regions.

Paul brings considerable expertise to the team, with over 35 years of comprehensive experience in the construction industry. As both a Construction Manager and qualified carpenter, he has developed an impressive career working across a broad range of sectors including local authorities, housing associations, private development, volume build housing and Ministry of Defence projects. Most recently, Paul has been undertaking site management roles with developers across the South West, and we are pleased that he is now bringing that expertise to Rund.

In his new role, Paul will provide valuable support for our Clerk of Works appointments throughout the South and South West regions. He will be working across our diverse portfolio of schemes, which extends from Cardiff through to Cornwall, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance are maintained across all our projects.

Paul's extensive background in managing construction quality and compliance across substantial housing developments positions him well to strengthen our Clerk of Works service. His practical, site-focused approach and thorough understanding of construction processes will be a significant asset to both our team and our clients.
