Notting Hill Genesis has chosen Rund as a consultancy partner again on its new Development Consultants framework - Clerk of Works lot.
The framework will primarily support the delivery of new homes across London, forming part of Notting Hill Genesis’ commitment to building 7,000 homes over the next 5 years.
Rund will be able to provide a full suite of Clerk of Works services as part of the framework re-appointment. This includes thorough quality control procedures, and specialist Fire Stopping and Mechanical & Electrical inspections.
Paul Belfield, Director at Rund commented: “Our team of experts, which include professionally qualified inspectors and members of The Institute of Clerk of Works & Construction Inspectorate, is proud to have supported Notting Hill Genesis on various major schemes over the years. Our re-appointment is testament to our team’s exceptional quality delivery, and we are looking forward to helping Notting Hill Genesis continue to create diverse and thriving communities.”
Rund’s latest appointment with Notting Hill Genesis follows commissions at the Royal Albert Wharf, a major regeneration scheme involving London’s historic Royal Docks, and Aylesbury First Development site, a residential project set to deliver more than 3,500 homes.
