Rund was pleased to welcome 24 graduates its London office on Wednesday 4th March for our 2026 Graduate Recruitment Day, marking the third consecutive year the event has been held. 

The day gave attendees a clear introduction to what starting a career at Rund looks like. Graduates heard from current team members about their own progression and the structured development available through our RICS accredited master’s degree support and APC pathway. This helped candidates understand the defined route the graduate programme offers and how it supports early-career surveyors as they build technical knowledge and practical experience. 

Rund’s graduate programme is designed to provide broad exposure across multiple sectors and disciplines, enabling graduates to build a well-rounded portfolio early in their careers. Many of our graduates join us from a range of academic backgrounds, including non cognate degrees, and receive on-the-job training alongside access to further learning and professional development. 

Throughout the Recruitment Day, candidates had opportunities to meet colleagues from across the business and gain a realistic view of the team-oriented and collaborative environment they could be joining. Their interactions with current graduates also offered practical insight into the kind of client-facing work, problem solving, and consultancy skills that form part of the role. Some of the graduates supporting the day had taken part in the Recruitment Day themselves, giving candidates a clear sense of how the experience feeds into the first stages of the role.
