Rund is continuing to enhance its highly reputed Building Surveying services as it welcomes a new Senior Surveyor to its team – Ashleigh Stephens.  

Ashleigh has a Diploma and BSc in Building Surveying and has worked in the property and construction industry for 16 years. He joins us following his role as Building Surveyor at Façade Remedial Consultants, where he provided Employer’s Agent services and acted on behalf of clients to deliver projects through the Building Safety Fund.  

Ashleigh’s strong background of Surveying experience also includes his role as Senior Surveyor at engineering firm, KBR. His responsibilities included managing a team of Surveyors conducting M&E and condition surveys, advising on issues on site, and quality control. In addition, he worked as Responsive & Planned Maintenance Surveyor at The Guinness Partnership, and Regional Surveyor / Estates Manager at HC One – one of the largest care home providers in the UK.
