Rund has welcomed a new Surveyor, Rowan Roach, to its established London team. 

Rowan has more than three years’ experience in managing and successfully completing technical construction projects from the initial feasibility stage to the final defects stage. He is joining us following his role at a London-based construction consultancy where he acted in a Project Management capacity to oversee the delivery of major projects within the industrial, logistical, and residential/mixed-use sectors.

Rowan is working towards finalising his CIOB chartered status and has obtained a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Loughborough. He is also aiming to pursue the RICS Project Management pathway in the coming years. In joining Rund, he hopes to embellish his pre-construction experience and further his technical expertise across the residential sector.
