Rund’s graduate scheme is continuing to help aspiring surveyors realise their career ambitions, as it welcomes the newest addition to its Southampton team.

Bleu Jones joins us as Graduate Surveyor. He previously worked at a facilities maintenance company, where he was responsible for supporting high-quality maintenance works across commercial and residential properties all over the UK.

Bleu has also worked as a physical education practitioner and has a degree in Sports Development & Coaching. He is looking forward to applying years of experience in people management, community engagement, and conflict resolution to his new role at Rund.
