Rund is delighted to be celebrating further growth to its team today as it appoints two new starters – Zahid Ilyas, who joins the Birmingham office as Senior Surveyor, and Becky Sykes, who joins the Southampton office as Trainee Administrator. 

Zahid has over 12 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor and Employer’s Agent in client facing consultancies within the residential construction sector. He has gathered a wealth of experience across these roles within pre contract, tendering and post-contract assisting. He has also achieved a BSC (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and is currently working towards gaining his RICS chartership. 

Zahid enjoys roles that provide challenges and exposure within an Employer’s Agent and/or Quantity Surveyor role. He is looking forward to working on a wide range of projects that provide a sustained breadth of experience and an opportunity to develop and evolve his skillset further. 

Becky has over a decade of experience in customer service roles across the retail and leisure industries. She hopes to develop these skills into a long-term career which offers new opportunities and development. Becky will be supporting our administration team - a vital department which ensures the timely completion and submission of key client and project documents, and we are delighted to be welcoming another member to it.
