Located in rural Chichester, Whitehouse Farm has two developers: Miller Homes and Vistry. Miller Homes will build 161 new homes, of which 78 will be for affordable rent, 11 for social rent, and 72 for shared ownership. These will be a mix of 1 and 2-bed flats, and 2, 3, and 4-bed homes. As part of Phase 2B and 3C, Vistry will provide 70 units, of which 49 will be for Affordable Rent and 21 will be for Shared Ownership. As part of Phases 5G and 6I, Vistry will be providing 67 units, of which 25 will be for Affordable Rent and 42 will be for Shared Ownership.
The site benefits from its excellent location, being only a mile from the historic centre of Chichester, to which it is connected with bus links and a cycle route.
