Rund is providing Clerk of Works services for the new development, covering Quality, M&E, and Fire disciplines. This involves visiting site and compiling rigorous site inspection reports detailing site progress according to programme, health and safety, and quality and compliance. Our team demonstrates thorough and up-to-date knowledge on regulations including the Building Safety Act and a comprehensive understanding of fire-stopping and safety measures. This enables Legal & General to receive extensive consultancy on quality and compliance matters throughout the project, ensuring safe and high-quality homes are created.
