Our skilled Employer’s Agents managed the building contract from feasibility through to completion, monitoring costs, quality and the programme of works. We also worked up development proposals for the gym, which was extended and transformed to include new fitness equipment. Our expert Clerk of Works team ensured only the highest standards of quality in construction were achieved, closely monitoring all elements of the refurbishment from start to finish.

We worked closely with all involved parties to ensure works were in line with BH Live’s strict budget and timescales. We also added value by engaging key stakeholders including local authorities and community groups, ensuring the works met the expectations of people in the local area.

The project marked a significant opportunity for BH Live to bring life back to the once vibrant community hub and deliver a high-quality leisure establishment. Corfe Mullen Leisure Centre now offers a range of premium features including a hospitality facility with a new terrace café and bar, a refreshed swimming pool, and a soft-play zone.
