A global real estate asset management and investment company, Starlight has commissioned Rund’s expertise on a series of projects across the UK, spanning Liverpool, Manchester, Kent, and Essex.
Divided between three blocks ranging from 15 to 17 storeys, there will be 492 new one-bed and two-bed homes. Amenities include a residents’ lounge, co-working area, meeting room, activity space, games area, shared kitchen, gym, club room, and cinema. The buildings accommodate 69 car spaces and 530 cycle spaces, alongside commercial units on the ground floor.
Through our Technical Due Diligence service, we applied our expertise in contract administration to equip Starlight with a thorough understanding of any risks associated with the project and areas where the scheme diverged from Starlight’s typical requirements. Inspecting elements including the Building Safety Act, surveys, and reports, our specialist team provided in-depth reports and established mitigations where necessary.
As Principal Consultant, we are ensuring adherence to the contract and providing advice, enabling Starlight to meet its deadlines, obligations, and achievements throughout the project.
Rund’s Clerk of Works services involve maintaining oversight of site operations throughout the project. We are also providing general quality, fire-stopping, and M&E inspections to ensure that Market Square fulfils Starlight’s requirements.
