After identifying existing roofing issues and sharing our recommendation on new materials with SAST, we were appointed to produce and submit a Condition Improvement Fund (CIF) Bid to the Government for the works. With funding successfully being granted earlier this month, our scope of service will now include day-to-day contract management, carrying out site inspections, issuing payment notices, and providing an aftercare defects service.

The project has benefitted from our strong relationship with several highly valued manufacturers who guarantee high-quality material provision, helping strengthen our quality offering.
