Rund is appointed as Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveyor by Thakeham and Abri on Woodgate Primary School – a £4 million new build project in West Sussex.
Project Background
Woodgate Primary School will accommodate 210 pupils, with five state of the art classrooms, an early years nursery provision, an 18m² main hall, library, multifunctional space and special educational needs room.
The Solution
The project will benefit from our significant experience in the education construction sector. Our role involves providing day-to-day, thorough contract management. Works will be completed under a Management Works Contract, and we will use our expertise to analyse different procurement packages on behalf of Thakeham and Radian to ensure all contractors meet high standard requirements.
The new Woodgate Primary School is set to provide an essential, high-quality learning environment to local children within a thriving community.
