Our Technical Due Diligence process helped Starlight identify risks at an early stage of the project, allowing us to mitigate these within the contract. Thorough information review and site visits allowed Rund to compile a report exploring issues from drainage strategy to thorough specification reviews to ensure the end product is in line with expectations.
Through our Principal Consultant services, we are providing advice, ensuring site operations adhere to the contract, and managing relationships to certify that deadlines and milestones are achieved according to Starlight’s obligations.
As Clerk of Works, Rund is supervising the site operations from design to handover. This involves providing general quality, fire-stopping, and M&E inspections to ensure the new development meets both Starlight’s requirements and health and safety standards.
