Having now progressed into a post-contract role, our Employer’s Agent service involves monitoring that the terms of the contract are met and the required level of quality is achieved. Our scope of service includes attending site meetings, preparing financial statements, and visiting site to ensure that the properties are being completed to the required standard.

As Clerk of Works, we are attending site weekly to carry out inspections, ensuring that the works meet the drawings and specification. Our reporting includes providing a summary of work in progress/complete, progress against programme and possible delays, quality control and compliance, and health and safety issues and inspections.
