The work involved an extensive number of upgrades including window renewal, improvements to thermal insulation, external decoration, electrical upgrades, balcony drainage works, front door replacement and new lighting installations. In addition, various repairs took place on tiled facades, brickwork, concrete, and asphalt.
As part of our service, we reviewed City West Homes’ record survey information and undertook thorough site inspections. We also assessed costs, prepared budget costings, and issued a feasibility report with recommendations for upgrade works. In addition, as Hallfield Estate was designated as a conservation area, we also arranged necessary consents to ensure all works complied with associated regulations.

Our in-house Sustainability Advisors made recommendations on product sustainability, with our Quantity Surveyors identifying value engineering opportunities to help lower costs and increase project efficiency.
