St James’ Boulevard involves the creation of 350 new high-quality apartments, designated for local university students. Amenity space will also be developed, including a gym, study rooms, cinema room, and external courtyard.

We will be involved from project inception, initially formulating and administering the contract for demolition and enabling works. Our experts will also carry out monthly valuations, oversee design stages, and manage contractor appointments.

Our Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveying and Clerk of Works roles will also continue throughout the main works as part of a two-year build programme. Our extensive range of responsibilities will include monthly site visits, contractor monitoring, administering building contract terms, cashflow monitoring and reporting and quality in construction inspections and monitoring.
