Our Independent Certifiers play a pivotal role in ensuring quality, compliance, and accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Tasked with overseeing the project's progress, our Independent Certifiers act as a neutral party, providing impartial assessments and certifications to uphold the project's integrity. Their responsibilities encompass a range of crucial tasks, including certifying project practical completion, independently reviewing information, challenging, and making representations prior to trade contract practical completions, reviewing the rectification of defects, and issuing the certificate of making good. Progress Monitoring: Conducting regular site visits to assess project advancement, reviewing timelines, milestones, and adherence to schedules for timely completion and effective management.
Certification and Approvals: Issuing completion certificates to verify completed work stages.
Compliance and Regulations: Monitoring legal and regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to building regulations and environmental standards.
Conflict Resolution: Acting as an objective mediator, resolving disputes between parties based on factual assessments and contractual obligations.
