The project, which is currently in its planning stages, will involve the redevelopment of the iconic 22-storey Tolworth Tower, converting space from office use to create 261 high-quality homes, with a number of on-site amenities including a residents’ gymnasium and lounge, a flexible workspace unit, landscaping and public realm works.
In addition, two additional standalone blocks of 15 and 19 storey accommodation will be created, echoing the design of the original Tolworth Tower and delivering a total of 499 homes across the whole complex. There will also be an elevated residents-only garden, a children’s play area and allotment beds installed on site.
Our scope of work includes coordinating and managing the design team as well as all other consultants involved in the project, to ensure strategies are aligned with the project programme. In addition, we will provide detailed cost plan management and ensure health and safety considerations are factored into building design, use and maintenance.
