Bilsham Road is a partnership scheme between Hyde Housing and Thakeham, involving the creation of 250 one, two, three- and four-bedroom properties split between Social Rent and Shared Ownership tenures. The properties are designed to be energy efficient, with each having an Energy Performance Certificate ‘A’ rating.

A key focus of the scheme is to maintain the existing rural habitat of the surrounding area. Homes will be developed in a low-density format, with additional tree planting and streams incorporated into the scheme to help enhance biodiversity.

As Employer’s Agent, using our extensive Project Management experience, we have provided in-depth advice and closely assisted Hyde Housing and Thakeham while both worked to discharge reserved matters under the outline planning application. We will continue contributing our strong expertise in Contract Administration to manage the project during its construction phase and beyond.
