The project involves essential repairs and updates to Shillington Old School, a residential building containing 56 apartments, located in Clapham Junction.

Works include window replacements, roofing repair works, and external façade and brickwork repairs to ensure the building continues serving residents with high-quality living spaces.

Our scope of work involves a thorough building inspection and creation of a detailed specifications with recommendations for all required works.

We are also managing a competitive tender process, using our expertise to select proficient contractors who will complete the works in line with the highest quality standards. 

In addition, we are preparing a planning application to the local authority.

We are implementing thorough quality control measures across all works and carry out fortnightly meetings with Grainger, keeping them closely informed of development progress.
