Leaf Living was established in March 2021 by experienced investment partners Blackstone, the world’s largest alternative asset manager, and Regis Group, which is also the platform behind Sage Housing, the UK’s largest provider of newly built affordable housing.

The Paddocks involves the creation of 56 houses offering a mix of two, three and four bedroom homes. The project forms part of Leaf Living’s aim of building a £1bn portfolio of single-family housing, delivering more than 5,000 homes in the UK.

We are proud to be involved in multiple projects with Leaf Living in its early months of operation, as it accelerates towards its ambitious mission of delivering thousands of new private rented high-quality homes. The company is focusing on a highly promising investment opportunity within the PRS – single-family housing – which has long-term promise.

Our roles as Employer’s Agent and Clerk of Works will ensure all homes are built to the highest quality standards, with thorough contract management and quality monitoring procedures being undertaken by our expert team.
